How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Custom-forged pieces typically take 4 to 6 weeks to complete. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please ensure you check your local laws and regulations regarding the import of bladed items before placing an order.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all non-customized items in their original condition. Please note that custom engravings or bespoke builds are non-refundable.
Are the swords sharpened or blunt?
Most of our inventory comes with a factory edge. However, we offer both 'battle-ready' sharpened options and 'stage-combat' blunt versions for collectors and reenactors.
How should I maintain my sword to prevent rust?
We recommend wiping the blade with a soft cloth and applying a thin layer of mineral oil or specialized sword wax after every use or once a month for display pieces.
